Softconsole and Master Directory Data Manager
Is anyone using the Avaya SoftConsole Attendant? It has something called a Master Directory Data Manager. It sounds like the feature ties multiple PBX's data, can consolidate with an HR database and then take all that info and send it to an LDAP file to load to a web page. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts they could share on this feature.
