Cdr
There is this old logger PC that is connected to the PBX via the data comm/port next to where you plug in the terminal. This is no longer needed and want to disconnect it. I'm sure it is not service affecting, but the system will flag a CDR alarm. How do I disable this before physically disconnecting it?

Re: Cdr
"status cdr-link" will show you the current state of the cdr links, and also which are configured
You will probaly only have "Primary" administered. Then just busy out the cdr link "Busy cdr primary" (Or secondary) You should then be able to disconnect the equipment without the cdr alarming. Once you are happy that you dont need the equipment, de -administer your cdr endpoint connection(s) as per AH's comand above Hope it helps |
