G3si r1.2 - Agents are using Vu-Display to have visability of queue length logged in agents etc on their 6424D+m displays. Is there anyway that when a call is placed at the agents phone, the VU-Display automatically turns off, and reverts to the CLID of the VDN, then on call cleardown, reverts back to Vu-Display .
The only way I can do this at the moment is to have the agents Exit the Vu-Display option, prior to answering the call, and then re-activate it on call completion . Thanks in advance |
