We are running a Definity G3si V11 package Software Load R011i.03.1.531.0 Offer Category B. We are using the Shared Tenant option and I need to route the calls for a particular tenant to their own carrier. We currently have a single ISDN-PRI circuit. We have Time-of-Day routing set in the customer options. I have been through the manual and thought I had set everything correctly but evidently I've missed something since it won't route the calls correctly or use the correct ARS which should add the Carrier's code.
Could someone please give me a list of steps I need to follow to accomplish this? Thanks, rmsva |

Re: Routing to ARS for 1010 pick by partition
you need to use tenant partitions for what you are doing. each company will have its own tennant number. then when you change the partition route table you can select different routes. this is how you route to different spans.
that what you are looking for? |

Re: Routing to ARS for 1010 pick by partition
Hi, I just sasw your June message. Did you get your answer. remember, in the COR for the lines there is a TOD "Time Of Day" entryu that tells the switch which Partitioned Group to use to route calls for that line. If you are still stuck, give me a call at 212-647-2383, My name is Jim.
