Queue size problems Definity PBX

Hello,

I work in a Call Center and we use a Definity PRLX CSI. Suddenly my Queue when all agents are busy was reduced from 4 to 2. So that the 3rd.and 4th. calls when everybody is busy get a busy tone and drops instead of getting a waiting tone and wait for an free operator. Already checked parameters of huntgroup, tested the TN2464 board that handles incoming calls and nothing.

i hope somebody can help.

Re: Queue size problems Definity PBX

Have you run a 'display events' report?

This could help show some of your problems, i.e. queue slot size full, vector with no steps etc.

Good luck
Barry
