Visability web interface probs?

CM1.3: I'm having problems with timeouts, no response from server, etc, when accessing 8700s via web interface. Anyone experiencing this? Avaya tier 3 had no input whatsoever. Config'd my 8700s for NTP late last week, took me 3 hours of sheer persistence to complete both servers. Query IPSI version for all either get timeout or action cancelled or completes in seconds. Weirdness....

Re: Visability web interface probs?

Ended up working with tier 3 on this. Seems to have been a browser config prob with https. Thought I was bypassing our proxy for the 8700's subnet but tier 3 could see IP timeouts to our proxy server IP address while I was doing my thing... Once I had the proper settings for proxy, the app is alot spiffier...
