Call Forwarding Hu. Gr.-Hu. Gr.

Hello,
I've recently come across a problem C.forwarding 1 Hunt group ext. to another Hunt group ext.
all other scenario's work. COS is set with console permissions and extended forwarding.
Any help would be appreciated. Def. G3Si V11. 1.2

Are you trying to cover a covered call, that cannot be done. Not sure exactly what you are looking for. Trying to forward a call to an agent to another hnt grp wont work either.

sounds like you are using an ACD. you can not call forward a call out of an ACD. however in the vector you can queue it to multiple skills, if nobody answers. make sure you use RONA if you are allowing the phone to ring.

We have some hunt groups set up with no agents just a cover path to individual extensions or cover answer groups.
When I try to forward one such hunt group to another such hunt group, It does not work.
It does say it is forwarded in the switch though. I can forward a hunt group to a specified individual extension.
