Re: Intuity LX

What version are you running?

I use LX 1.1 and can't connect via dial in on this version. You ahve to use a web browser.

Re: Intuity LX

I connected the modem on Intuity LX 1.0. By dialing in I logeed into the AUDIX administration (not into the intuity administration). You have to connect it to COM2 . From the web-based administration Main Menu, select basic system administration, then modem and terminal administration, install modem/terminal software. In the window shown, check the box of the device you want :tdn:

FOR SA and CRAFT: You have to first make a network connection (RAS) and then use the web interface to the box. ONLY the web interface will work for the SA login. In order to use ASA or ProVision to administer mailboxes you must login as VM

FOR VM: Just login as VM direct from the login prompt and you will be in Audix Administration.

Re: Intuity LX

I have another problem.By the way the information you post on the dialup connection work great.
When i connect to the intuinity LX and open internet explorer and enter the IP address of the Intuity it find the webpage and bring it up but it is blank, to the bottom of the IE it said done but but i am looking at a blank screen. I know i had a problem like this before with a Cajun switch, I but i correct the problem by installing java on my PC. do i have to do something like this again.
