CLID on VDN transfer
Might be a real easy way of doing this , but I cant fint it:
External caller with CLID "123 4567 89" calls vdn 5555 Call comes in to vdn 5555. VDN is called TEST1 Call goes to Agent1 who sees on his display ""123 4567 89 TO TEST 1" Agent answers call, and has to transfer it to Call Centre manager. Call transfers , but only passes the CLID - "123 4567 89" to the managers display My question is this - Can the transfered call be displayed on the managers phone i.e ""123 4567 89 TO TEST 1" This lets the call centre manager know which VDN the caller dialled Thanks in advance |

What you could do if you want is create another VDN-Vector, and then route to the manager´s phone. Hope it helps |
