I Have a Definity Multivantage rel 12. and i am wondering if there is any way i can setup a conference bridge with out buying and hardware. I have about 15 people need to join a conferance call.

No. However, take a look at my IP Office solution thread. VERY cheap solution. I've installed several for this exact purpose because they're so cheap. All you need is an IP Office 403 and a PRI module ... two parts ... that's it. Call me if you're interested. I can help you get set up.
