Recording and the Law
Anyone know of a web-site or have documentation on the recording laws for different states? For example, in NY I'm recording my agents. As long as one of the parties on the line know's it's being recorded, the agent in this case, I don't have to state up front in my announcments that the call is being recorded.
I'm looking for what the law is per state though. California, Nevada and Wisconsin in particular. Thanks in advance. |
