Has anyone worked out a solution for tracking unanswered extension calls that go to voice-mail? Like how many call where answered over answered by audix?
We have a Definity stations with Intuity Audix as the voice mail system. Three rings at the desk then on to voice-mail in most cases. I know about an Audix report that will give us a limited history on a one extension at a time bases. What I would like to have is a better solution. Something like exportable file that included one report showing calls that are going to voice-mail for many stations. The tools I have to work with are e-CAS, Center-Vu Supervisor and Audix. Any ideas????? |
