Question Tracking answered calls over calls going to voice-mail.

Has anyone worked out a solution for tracking unanswered extension calls that go to voice-mail? Like how many call where answered over answered by audix?



We have a Definity stations with Intuity Audix as the voice mail system. Three rings at the desk then on to voice-mail in most cases. I know about an Audix report that will give us a limited history on a one extension at a time bases. What I would like to have is a better solution. Something like exportable file that included one report showing calls that are going to voice-mail for many stations.



The tools I have to work with are e-CAS, Center-Vu Supervisor and Audix.



Any ideas?????

Have you looked at the Audix 'list measurements hunt-group" report in the switch? It may help. It shows calls per hour, abandoned calls plus other goodies.

Would like to find something showing the call count by extension.

eCAS should be able to document the xfer to hunt group.
in the CDR field there is an option: Calls to Hunt Group - Record: member-ext
