I am trying to set up call transfer for some of our employees. When someone calls from the outside, They hit the transfer button dial the toll free number and hit transfer again, but it never completes the transfer, it just keeps the caller on hold music. It works fine from my station, allowing the transfer to complete. The only difference I see, is I have a different COS. Where is the setting to allow them to complete the transfer of outside callers from their stations? Is it in a COS setting?
