Meet me conference help

Hello,
I am new to vectoring and such, we recently wrote the basic vector for Meet me conference as part of our upgrade. My question is would anyone know how to program a vector for a
party to have to announce their name at the beginning, and they would in turn be announced entering and leaving the conference. Definity v11 with announce bd. Intuity audix4.4

I would say no. here is why.

you would have to record an announcment this is generally not immediatly available for replay. Plus what happenes when two people enter around the same time? they cant both record to the one announcment. someone would fail. and once you leave the Vector to record the announcment you cant get back into the vector.

The Definity is not a good conference calling application. The IP Office is (better).

I had heard another company who had this feature and wondered if this was an Avaya application.

We have a "conference bridge" server that provides this service. There are several versions on the market.
