Here is my question:
I want to assign a call-fwd button (such as send-calls) that can be used when he is out of the office. The only way I know how to do this is by changing the coverage path to forward after the x number of rings. Problem is that when that coverage path is changed, his office voice mail will no longer be active. I still want his office v-mail to be available. But for his calls to be forwarded to his cell when he is not in the office. |

If this feature is not turned on then you cannot "pull back" a call that has covered to an off-net location and place in into Audix. If the "coverage of calls redirected off net" is turned on, then you can do the following as well: 1) Add his cell phone number to the coverage remote table. Be sure to include a leading "9" (or other AAR/ARS FAC). Do this via "change coverage remote." 2) Add a new coverage path. Make the first point of coverage the location in the remote coverage table ... i.e. if you placed his cell number in position 7 then use r7 as point point 1. Make your voicemail hunt group coverage point 2 ... ie.e h99. You can leave this new coverage path permanent or you can add it to the station form as coverage path 2 and use the change coverage path FAC to alternate between coverage path 1 and 2. regs, .al.
