Question Intuity Audix Garbled message

We are having issues here intermittently with messages left in end users boxes being garbled. During the message it is as if it skips, sometimes leaving out parts of a phone number. Has anyone encountered this? What was the fix?
also does anyone know how I would check stats on a particular mailbox and if I know what time a message came in, to find out what port it came in on.

If, as you say, the message skips (i.e. part of the message is simply missing rather than being unintelligible "noise" related garbling or silence) then I would contact Avaya immediately as some sort of data corruption could be taking place.

I have sustained this as well in some cases and Avaya said to do a reboot. This was done and I have not received any complaints so far. This may work for you. The other thing is in some cases cell phone users call and leave messages and with wireless technology today it does skip out. Hope this helps.

If I remember correctly, problems with dialogic cards on an Intuity lx can cause this problem. Setting can be changed to adjust the sensitifity of the card, to avoid messages being cut off, but this can make silence be recorded. Is this a Intuity LX 1.0?
