I was wondering if there was a way to bypass the redirect to Vmail on a station by using a FAC prior to dialing? There are certain occasions where we need to interrupt someone who has send calls enabled or we just want to let the extension ring.

Yes! Priority Calling. Not only will the station ring until you either hang up or the pary answers, but the station rings with an obnoxious three-ring stutter burst and the display says "PRIORITY"
