Power Failure Station

Could someone fill me in to the name of the circuit pack for the power failure stations?

It's not a circuit pack, it's a wall mounted power failure transfer panel. It only works with analog stations and analog trunks and diverts trunks to the stations on a one-to-one basis (up to 5 per power failure transfer panel).

Re: Power Failure Station

Can these be changed to loop start? My number to connect to my PBX is on this type of wall mount board as a member mentioned above. This was setup so that the PBX would report any major alarms to Avaya via the processor board. An Avaya tech said this is why the board was not reporting alarms. Since I have changed this from ground start to loop start I have received some outide calls on some of these emergency analog phones. Is this because it was changed from a ground start to a loop start?

The Emergency Transfer Panel can use either ground-start or loop-start trunks. It is selectable via a dip-switch. Complete instructions for installation can be found in Chapter 1 of the manual found at the following link: http://support.avaya.com/japple/css/...ss.UsageUpdate()
