Exclamation Call Forwarding

I put this out there a while back and don't think I explained properly..

If a Call-FWD button is on the phone, it works fine..

when I display fac's-- the codes to activate and deactivate call-fwding are *2 and #2.

If I lift my handset and type in *2, after the first 2 digits following I get wave off. But on the same phone the call-fwd button works.. Below is my dialplan--

DIAL PLAN RECORD

Local Node Number: 5
ETA Node Number:
Uniform Dialing Plan: 4-digit ETA Routing Pattern:
UDP Extension Search Order: udp-table-first
FIRST DIGIT TABLE
First Length
Digit - 1 - - 2 - - 3 - - 4 - - 5 - - 6 -
1: fac extension
2: extension
3: extension
4: dac
5: extension
6: extension
7: fac
8: extension
9: fac
0: attd pextension
*: fac fac
#: fac

Well my dialplan didn't appear formatted properly so I guess forget about seeing that..I'll save it as a file.

Re: Call Forwarding

What is the feature access code for call forwarding? It should be on the first page when you "disp feat". We had a PBX off-site that had mysteriously changed the feature access code for a call pickup and you may have the same "problem".

It is *2 to activate and #2 to deactivate.

Re: Call Forwarding

Is the problem only when you are forwarding off the PBX or in and out?

If you use the Call-Fwd button on the phone.. it works fine.. if you try using just the access codes (*2) it doesn't work.
