Question Coverage Path

I have 3 users that when you display there stations have 't2' in the coverage path 1 field.

I need to create a coverage path that has point 1 as an extension and point 2 as another extension and then I want point 3 to be the 'T2' and it is not being accepted.

I see there is a coverage path 2 field on station displays... can I use this field for the t2 and how do I make it use coverage path 2 after the coverage path 1 paths..?

Actually. that's the way it's supposed to work. You need to look at it from a different angle and create a new time-of-day coverage table. First create the coverage path that has the two extensions in it that you wish to cover to. Second, "add coverage time next" and add this new coverage path to the specific times of day that you wish the calls to cover to it. Next, use the other coverage parameters in t2 to replecate t2. Finally, add t<n> to the user's station.

That's all there is to it!

I was able to get it to work; however, for curiosity purposes.. how do you use the coverage path 2: field when displaying stations. Anytime I go to enter a coverage path number or a 't2' the system doesn't accept it saying --- Extended Cvg/Fwd Admin feature not assigned

Well, that RTU must be turned on in. It's part of the telecommuter package and is free with R11. If it were turned on, then the users could alternate between the coverage paths by dialing a FAC, either in house or remotely via the TAE (telecommuting access extension).
