Does anyone out there have AASR3 (ms-dos) for the System 25, due to recent lighting strike, CPU and management station blew up. Upon attempting to reload the AASR3 the media apperently is bad. I contacted Avaya several times, and have got nowhere, all they care to-do is send me to a business partner whom only want to sell new equipment. For a system that cost me over $50,000 they are will to-do nothing, I guess thats what happens when AT&T sold due to the government breaking up good old Ma Bell. ANY DIRECTION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

We here at pbxtech.info sincerely hope that you are able to locate the parts necessary to get your system back in working order, but to slam the manufacturer because you are unwilling to spend the money required to keep up with today's technology is the equalivent of complaining that your Studabaker has stopped running and no one at the dealership will help you. .al.

I'm simply stating the facts, and asking for assistance. I'm sure someone within this community has the software I'm needing to get out of a jam, and I thought that was the purpose of forums, I explained the problem and reason or assistance.
I guess I have a few points here: 1) Avaya still infact sell parts threw the classic parts line, which means the system is not totally unsupported. 2) I should NOT have to purchase new equipment because Avaya only interest is to pawn me off to a business partner whom only wants new equiptment sales. Spending money on new communications equipment is an expense not necessary, when the current product suits my current and immediate future communication needs. Its like anything else if the product serves the current business need why change, and ultimately repair will almost always be the more economical solution. 3) I don't beleive I blasted Avaya, I simply stated the facts, come to find out I'm not the only person whom has had customer sat issues with Avaya.
