6416d+ programming problem

I am having an issue where a 6416 is rolling directly to the cover for the phone without selecting the next available line. I have duplicated a station that did not have this problem, but still have not been able to rectify the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Check the coverage path assigned to the station and make sure that it is not set to "Y" for ACTIVE (or ALL).
