Quick question on the volume settings of phones

I'm just wondering, can you permanently set the volume of an Avaya phone to the maximum? I'm using an IP phone right now, and everytime I make a call I always have to adjust the volume because it always reverts to the middle volume level. I went through several manuals with no luck finding this, in my opinion, simple problem. Can anyone help?

Re: Quick question on the volume settings of phones

If you want the softphones volume to stay up you must run the tuning wizard again (as you did when first configuring it) when you get to ringing options manually turn it up. It will stay that way going forward.
