We are currently looking for a reporting tool to record our outbound call activities. Calacsy has been recommended to us.
Specifics. Pan European Contact Center, We are using an Avaya Def G3r V9.5, ATM environment with WSP. We avergage about 250,000 inbound calls per month and 600,000 outbound We currently use cms V9 in conjunction with Cognos for inbound reporting but at present do not have an outbound reporting tool. Is anyone using the Calacsy product in a similar environment to ours or could anyone give any advise/information about the Calacsy or any other outbound reporting product that would be applicable to our environment. I love eCAS the best. However I am demoing a call accounting package from RSI. just going to dump the CDR to a SQL with that product and use our own "homebrew" CRM app to qwery the SQL.
