8434D display failures

I've had five 8434D displays to fail in the past two months. The sets are about four years old max. Any thoughs on why this rash of failures? Each station is powered with an 1151A1 power unit. The power seems to be stable.

What release is your switch and what type of circuit pack are these sets on?
