Question 6402 doesnt ring

I have a 6402 that is covered to voicemail with no rings---I can not figure out how to set the rings to 3 before forwarding to voicemail

A couple things to check, first status the station and make sure it is not forwarded to voice mail and that it does not have Send Calls activated. I would also check the coverage path to maye sure "all" is not set to Y

I would suggest giving it a new coverage path, and set the number of rings to 3.. In rel 11 you can also can the amount of rings at each coverage point,, but the easiest way is change the coverage path and set the number of rings to 3 with the first point being the hunt group for VM
