Unhappy Administer voice ports in Intuity Audix

I have an Intuity V5 hooking up to a Prologix. I have set all the exts in the prologix and the hunt group. The intuity is in Definity Mode Code. The question is how do I set the voice ports with their respective extension numbers? Also, how do I make the Intuity turn on and off the MW?

First, "display system-parameters customer-options" and see if "Mode Code Interface" set to "Y"es? If it is not, stop ... you won't be doing mode code integration on this PBX until that changes.

However, if it is turned on, goto the following link and download "GuestWorks and DEFINITY Systems Technician Handbook for Hospitality Installations 555-231-743." Starting on page 238 there are complete step-by-step instructions for mode code integration.

Ahays,

Thank you VERY MUCH. The PBX is set for MODE CODE, but by looking at the instructions you send, I noticed that I still have some configuration to do in the PBX. Thank you. I will let you know how it goes.
