Call Accounting

Looking for a few vendor choices for Call Accounting systems. Have used ISI before. Looking for another 2 or 3 to research. Any suggestions?

I've been ISI Infortext for years and have been happy with it. I'm not familiar with Tapit EX by Trisys but you can go to this link and see a demo: http://www.trisys.com/tapit.htm
Good luck in your search. Let me know if you find a better one than ISI.

You might try a product called MEIPS from Mind CTI, it's pretty good.

We switched from ISI to E-Cas/Cas by Vermark for Avaya

I use Ecas myself and have found it to be a very good product, user freindly and reliable.

We use Ecas. we are looking at RSI which is much cheeper.

We might use RSI to just parse the information and dump into a SQL table where PeopleSoft can qwery itself.

Just downloaded a trail from them.

I priced out ECAS, Mind-CTI and ISI. ECAS was the cheapest followed by Mind-CTI and ISI. I've used ISI before, but I don't believe in breaking the bank for a Call Accounting system. Does ECAS allow for easy adminstration of adding and removing extensions/cost centers/departments and various reports to choose and have emailed out? Plus, it can't hurt to have another system on the resume...:)
