We use Ecas. we are looking at RSI which is much cheeper.
We might use RSI to just parse the information and dump into a SQL table where PeopleSoft can qwery itself. Just downloaded a trail from them. |

I priced out ECAS, Mind-CTI and ISI. ECAS was the cheapest followed by Mind-CTI and ISI. I've used ISI before, but I don't believe in breaking the bank for a Call Accounting system. Does ECAS allow for easy adminstration of adding and removing extensions/cost centers/departments and various reports to choose and have emailed out? Plus, it can't hurt to have another system on the resume...:) |
