Aca, Acs, Ace??
Reading through some of the posts here is the first I've heard of these certifications. I'm Avaya certified on Legend/Magix, Guestworks, Intuity, IP Office, Voicemail Pro, but never come across these designations. Is this something only in the US? What does it give you to get these certs? How do you get them?
