Does anyone know if you take the tests online that it will give you a certification for this?

Your post is pretty ambiguous. However, COMPLETE certification paths are available at http://www.avaya-learning.com including all required tests, etc. to attain the desired certification. This not only includes Professional Certifications but also Product Authorizations (which are required by Business Partners to sell/implement all of the various products).
