Hey everyone,

Im new here, and got a question about ACA certification. It's the IP Office certification im interested in, and wanted to hear if the help files posted here in the forum, is valid for the ACA IP Office exams, or is it different from the MultiVantage exams?

I tried the links, but they were more for Definity/87xx stuff.

Maybe If Al Hays see this, he could chime in abuot some practice tests for ACA implement IP Office....<hint, hint> I can not seem to find any.

go to www. avaya.com/learning. There you will see the requirements on getting your ACA. You need to get certified in IPO Implement and I beleive take an elective class, then you can take your ACA.
