I've seen people talk about the "ACACN", what is it compared to a basic ACA?

When Avaya first came out with their certifications there was only one ACA certification: the ACACN (Avaya Certified Associate of Communication Networking). Later they changed things (Change = "The Norm" at Avaya) and there are now multiple ACA disciplines.
