Hi guys,

I've been looking around the net for a while for Avaya practice tests without a great deal of success. It doesn't look like there is much available. I ended up purchasing the ACA core practice exame from Info2Use.com. http://www.info2use.com . I'm studying for the ACA and it seems like I should be ready when I master the practice test. I'm pretty sure they are working on ACS level tests too.

I have just done the ACA core exam, and it was similar to the questions posted in the forum, but for example, some new questions, for example:

What are the 2 options to indicate congestion? (Select two)
a)LMI
b) DLCI
c)FECN
d)BECN

You arrive at the user premises to do some changes and additions, and you cannot find the documentation of the system configuration. What should you do?
a)ask for help
b) Do your job and do a backup
c)Create documentation about the running configuration, do the backup before making any changes in the configuration
d) Change the configuration , create docuemntation and do the additions

You have to join one element from each column to other element in the other column:
Coaxial 66 Block
Optical fiber BNC
25 pairs SC/ST

Which of these offer a signalling standard between CPE and FR switch?
a) BRI
b) PVC
c) DLCI
d) LMI

Hi, I looked at Study Guide posted here and it helps some, but most of the material is dated and old. I just passed the ACA core tests and it was fun to see what was on here verse what was on real test. :) The best thing I found to study for 132-S-200.2 Specialist – Communication Design Core Exam from Avaya was the practice certification test from Info2Use.com The website for them is http://www.info2use.com and they have other practice tests available too. This test from Info2Use seemed to be more up to date with the test I took from Avaya. It's also good to have in computerized form so you can select only the answers you need to study, and have the questions and answers in a random order. When I read questions on paper, sometimes I memorize the answer to a question is "A", and that is not a good way to study. Here's the link for the ACA test: http://www.info2use.com/Avaya/Avaya.aspx
