there's just a little trick: if you set preferred course language in your personal settings to something not english, the system will just blindly trust and you'll have option to pass the same test TWO times. do you see the possibilities? :)

p.s. another little hint: copy&paste give you truly amazing results. trust me. :)

Thanks a lot, you don't know how helpful it has been to find this information posted, I was registered by my Company, an AVAYA BP, 5 days ago, to take the ACA Exam as a Prerequisite to take and IP Telephony Fast Track in Miami, strating next week, and I have to take the exam tomorrow morning, I haven't sleep at all, trying to study from all the material i could get out from my College books, etc. Anyway, THANKS again for posting this Sample test, is the most trustfull information I have found. Avaya really needs to work on free e-learning, such as CISCO's, they didn't even give you a guide to study...

Does anyone have the study guide for ACS? I am realy having big troubles with learning this knowledge because it is all American oriented and i am from Europe. Things here work realy different then they do in Amerika.

Another big deal is that you have to pass with 85% score to become an Avaya ACS. HELP!

Here are the ACA materials I used to pass the core exam. I think I also included the UCC test to pass the elective. The file is a .tgz archive and should be able to be uncompressed by most compression tools.
