I would also be very interested in anyhelp that can be providing in passing both the IP telephony Implementation and Design. I have taken each one once and they are not easy at all. I got a 50% on each test and you need a 58% on the Implentation and a 68% on the Design.

Are these the online exams you are talking about.

If so i did them a month ago and i just used the sotware help so download the software form the avaya site and play around with it or the help files.
