What release of Partner II? Must be release 4 or higher to use VS Mail or Partner Messaging. External Partner Mail worked with earlier releases, since it had its own clock.

Also, remember the ports are numbered differently from VS mail, and if you have an extension in Hunt Group 7 with a lower extension than the 1st real VM port, it can't communicate things like the system time and Day/Night mode.
