I do, it is your ISA server. I can absolutely cofirm this as I rolled out a world wide IPO project recently and guess what they had (ISA Server). we experienced no end of grief and in the end We convinced them their only option was to remove the ISA server and put CISCO routers in place and we now have NO PROBLEMS with speech paths. If this is not an option for you then ensure you have the correct TCP and UDP port range open and you may well require a microsoft rep to work on your ISA server as it becomes extremely high end work to tune the ISA server to allow this to work properly
