IP Office Rings Busy In and Out Bound
We rdid a simple reset our Avaya IP Office today and lost all ability to communicate with our PRI when the system came up and all incoming and outgoing calls ring busy. We spoke to our PRI carrier and they said our Avaya system went "out of sync" with the PRI and needs to be resynced. Anyone know what they want us to do here and where in the console we need to do this? All internnal extensions work fine as do our VOIP exrtensions, provided communication between the PRI is not needed. I appreciate any help we can get! Thank you.
