
We have 8 system in SCN , i installed the deltaserver in individual placess, we have call billing software.
When i try to genarate the report it says same caller id cant generate the reports.
When i check the CSV file stored in the SMDR, it is gennarating the same caller IDs, what could be reason deltaserver genarating the same callr id.
Our billing software is takes the stored csv file on caller ID basis.
How to eliminate the same caller ID.
all IPOs are 2.1(27) - & Delataserver is 4.0 (35)
pls any body have similar set up ,
