I moved my persist.dat files to another place in my desktop before I installed the new version. Then afterwards, I was able to put it back (in a new place, thanks AVAYA) and have all my data (Processor Occupancy, etc.) saved.
The files should be moved out before you start the install and back in after you're done. AVAYA has done a funny thing and makes you put the files NOT back to where they were,
you put them into c:\Documents and Settings\Application\AVAYA\Site Administration\User
- persist.dat
- All your Processor Occupancy
- All you XXXX.ter (XXX is your PBX name)
- Your template Data
- Your Trunk Group Analyzer Data
