There is also a new tool called BCMSit from
www.utilcall.com. It is bundled with the Call Flow Extract, and can be used to setup all of your BCMS reports.
You can set this up to have all of your BCMS reports run under one window schedule, and have the output emailed to a distribution list as well as exports as .CSV files.
