Sorry about my original post I didnt see that you had the tick mark checked. When you mentioned call center I thought about the HUNT GROUP -> CALL WAITING ON tick mark. If thats off then your call center people should never get a second call for that group. Are these calls being presented to them hunt group calls or calls directly to their extension? I havent been brave enough to install 3.0 yet. Im still dealing with 2.1 issues so no point.
