I have passed the ACA Core Exam. I am currently going through the online assessments and am just about done. Question is, do i need to go through 40 hours of In the seat avaya training? I am focusing on the implement track. What else do i need to do? I have called Avaya university, but the folks that answer the calls are at an offshore outsourcing location and they don't even know much about the ACA.
They can't tell you the technologies other than trying to read a script. It's terrible.
Help Please?
