still fine.. I think Avaya has addressed the issue.. the 4625 is a color phone, same phone as 4620, just in color.. also, prior to 3.0.. this phone must be programmed as a 4620..

It's a nice phone overall.. not as nice as the 4630, but hey, that's been discontinued..

I think the buzzing has been addressed.. by now, I'd have noticed it.. that being said, I don't see us straying from DCP sets anytime soon.. at least with Avaya, we have a choice.. I love that DCP phones can use IP OR traditional signalling.. it allow flexibility.. especially when most people already have CAT3 voice cabling..
