I hope this does not sound too obvious, but have you looked in the installation book. When you bought the system you should of recieved a book and some CD's for your system. They do have information about setting up a PRI and what menu to go to in the system.

I am also assuming that you have the WINSPM software to do the programming. It can be done from a console phone if you do not have the software or a PC to run the software. The menu structure may seem a little odd if you are not use to it, but I have found the Avaya steps in the books to be very good, so just follow there steps.

I know this was probably not the exact information you were looking for, but if you need more help I can post my programming for a PRI in one of our offices.
