I'll do you one better - you don't need any licence (other than VMPro of course) to speak numbers. It's only when you need to speak text that you need either the Scansoft TTS licence (Avaya TTS) or the Microsoft TTS (Generic TTS) licence. So, to repeat a keyed in account code 1045 as "one zero four five" you don't need any TTS licence. If you wanted to say it as "one thousand and forty five" then you would, however, need one of the TTS licences.
