VM Pro v3.0.13 Intuity Mode

My client was just upgraded from Merlin Magix with Octel voice mail. They don’t like the having to enter their extension and pin to pick up their new messages form Voice Mail Pro.
We have tried to creating short codes with the “?Extn201” , voicemail collect. This still does not work.

Is there a way for the user to only be prompted for their PIN when retrieving VM from their own extension?
