On the XMOBILE station, the cell phone number has to be setup exactly as it shows on the incoming ANI (ie if it shows all 10 digits when you call in, then the number has to be programmed as that). You can't put in 123-4567 for the cell number if it normally displays as 321-123-4567.

Also, check to make sure that the mapping mode is setup as "both." If it is set to "termination," then that is why it only works calling your cell phone.

Additionally, it will only show the caller ID of your desk if you are calling another number within the same PBX. If you're trying to call out to somewhere not on the PBX (or another swith that is conneected via DCS, QSIG, etc.) then it will show your cell number.
