unBusy keeps agent disabled
Hello.
I have a Hunt-group of 'Most Idle' type with 1 agent assigned to it.
This agent goes into Busy-Not Available or Busy-Wrapup using the Phone Manager Pro. But when he returns to Available (by unpressing the Busy buttons on the Phone Manager) I can still see an * (meaning disabled) before his name in the Hunt-group settings in the IP Office Manager. Calls go into a queue even though the agent is available to take calls.
Please help.
