IP Office does not authorization code feature.

You may use account code for authorization purpose. For example,

1. Create an account code: 8099 (for example)
2. Create a Short Code

Short Code: [9] 1N; //Whatever needed to make external call
Phone Number: 1N;
Force Account Code: ticked

When an external call is made, it will require an account code. Only valid account code (8099) will allow the call to be made.

However, if your system uses account code for billing purpose, be careful of not messed up.
